By traveling and choosing people, ordinary people, he is able to capture a sense of life, virtue, dignity into them. The subjects are often people you would walk by and not give a second glance. They are not famous, nor are they in elaborate poses that are overly animated. Thus you are left with the message as an expression. It is this facial subtly that links all of us.

James has come a long way from selling photocopiers and creating Visual Effects to get to a place where he can successfully carry out his own vision.
